Good afternoon! I ordered a Titanium Silver Toyota FJ Cruiser. I’ve owned many vehicles in the past and this is the first time that I’ve ever ordered one without first inspecting and test driving it.
I placed my complete trust and faith in Toyota and it proved to be an outstanding decision! The FJ Cruiser is far beyond my expectations!! An absolutely great vehicle!!
I owe a huge thanks to my sales consultant, Ms. Mary Renn, for making my purchase a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
She was exceptional at keeping me informed and a consummate professional. Mary is knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. In fact, Mary has a knack of making a person feel comfortable, relaxed and stress-free during the purchase.
She willingly went beyond the usual responsibilities and obligations and kept me informed on a nearly daily basis over a 7 week period. She answered my “numerous” emails and called me regularly to provide updates on the vehicle’s status and arrival date.

I'm calling OYM ("On Your
Mind") in reference to a recent car purchase I made on Dec. 21st
from Sierra Toyota. I'm soon to be 62 years young, retired military,
and have purchased many vehicles new and pre-owned in my time. I
also believe in giving credit where it is due. I have never been
treated with such courtesy, helpfulness and friendship as I had during
this purchase from the salesman, the accounting manager, and the owner
herself. I have often wondered while driving down Fry Boulevard
how little Sierra Toyota could be expanding as they are. Now I
know. I also know why they call it the "Feel Good
Corner." I will be a customer for life. To all of them,

wife commutes 45 miles from Sonoita to Buena High School everyday so
